Refund policy
At NEWEVA, every item is made-to-order through our print-on-demand partners. Because each product is custom produced only after an order is placed, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as choosing the wrong size or color, or changing your mind.
Damaged or Defective Orders
If your item arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or you receive the wrong item, we will gladly offer a free replacement or a refund.
To submit a claim, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include:

A brief description of the issue

A clear photo showing the problem - upload up to 5 photos or videos of the product. Accepted image formats include JPEG, JPG, and PNG (up to 15 MB each), or one video in MOV or MP4 format (up to 250 MB).
There is no need to return the damaged or defective product.
